Yin Yoga

Yin yoga helps calm the mind and stretch the body. A slow, focused practice, asanas are held between 3 to 5 minutes targeting the connective tissues, ligaments and even joints that aren’t usually exercised as often in more yang yoga practices.

Offering much deeper access to our physical and emotional bodies, by cleverly targeting different energy channels, Sara’s evening Yin Yoga classes offer a lovely meditative practice, helping students release tension built-up over the course of a busy day. 

You will leave feeling light, rejuvenated and centred.  Come as you are; this class is for everyone.

Yin Yang Yoga

Focusing on connecting breath with movement, Sara will guide you through a moving mediation to a creative playlist, that will awaken your pranayama (energy, life force) and get you feeling energised and ready to make the most of your weekend.  A more dynamic class, this is suited to yoginis with experience in vinyasa flow yoga or ashtanga primary series.
